Concept direction
Turning research, use rituals, and opportunity into a focused product point of view.
About / Jennifer K. Cotter
Senior industrial designer with over fifteen years of experience developing consumer products from initial concept through production. She navigates complexity through close observation and broad exploration, pushing ideas forward through collaborative cycles of research, prototyping, testing, and refinement. Her command of mechanical function, user interaction, form, and detail helps balance user needs, brand intent, and manufacturing realities, resulting in products that perform well and resonate with consumers.
Beyond product design, her studio practice spans fine woodworking, metalworking, painting, and photography, extending the same drive to observe, experiment, and refine across her creative endeavors.
